ZAP is a commercial printing company that has been in business over 25 years in Corona, CA. ZAP has been owned by Eugene & Paula Montanez since it's inception.

We are constantly looking for people who are motivated and excited to learn the latest technologies. ZAP has always had the latest technologies: Desktop Publishing in 1985 to being the first printer in the Corona area to implement a Computer To Plate (CTP) system.

Our production capabilities include small-format offset printing to full process color printing, and digital imaging to high-speed digital black & white laser printers and color laser printers.

The ideal candidate will have good design skills and be experienced with pre-press in a print shop environment, including Computer-to-Plate and Imagesetter/Processor knowledge. We are also looking for a trouble-shooting expert who can take customer files and make sure that they print accurately with a minimum of fuss and bother.

Another requirement is proficiency with most Adobe software (Acrobat, Pagemaker, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Quark Xpress and MS Publisher. Candidates should be equally proficient in both Mac and PC platforms. Good knowledge of hardware maintenance and connectivity is a big plus.
